Robert here, editor/webmaster of Fitness Through Fasting. This here is a new project of ours for 2010, something that has been in my mind and heart for a long time. And that is to create a multimedia social networking site specifically for those who are interested in fasting.

Right now we seem to be scattered into a lot of different sites, blogs and forums - but there really isn\'t ONE place where all of these can converge together into a centralized fasting community. That\'s what this is all about. Bringing "fasters" together from all around the world so that we can share our mutual experiences and support one another in this path towards optimum health, life and freedom.
